Tiffany Barnard is a PCC-certified communications and life coach, accredited by the International Coaching Federation and trained at iPEC. Her work is built on trust, so her website had to earn it instantly. The brief: a personal brand that feels warm and reassuring rather than corporate, that establishes credibility without shouting, and that gently guides the right people toward booking a free discovery call.
The challenge
Coaching is a considered, personal decision. Visitors arrive cautious — they want to understand who Tiffany is, what coaching actually involves, and whether she's the right fit, often reading several pages before they ever reach out. The site needed to answer those questions calmly across a multi-page experience, surface real credentials in a way that builds confidence, and make the next step feel easy from any device.
What we built
- A calm, trustworthy brand experience — typography, pacing and imagery tuned to feel personal and unhurried, so the design reflects the coaching itself.
- A custom back-office powering the newsletter and enquiry flow, so Tiffany can manage subscribers and contacts without depending on a patchwork of third-party tools.
- Multi-channel booking — a clear discovery-call path alongside WhatsApp, Skype and FaceTime, meeting people on whichever channel they're comfortable with.
- A blog and credibility layer — space for ongoing content plus verified ICF and iPEC badges, reinforcing authority on every page.
- SEO and analytics foundations — clean metadata and tracking from day one, so the site is ready to be found and measured.
Trust isn't a section on the page. It's the feeling of the whole thing — and it's what makes someone press "book".
The approach
We designed every screen around a single quiet call to action: book a free discovery call. Credibility, story and content all do their part, but never compete with that one next step. The custom back-office keeps the day-to-day simple, so Tiffany can spend her energy on clients rather than tooling — and the whole experience stays fast and accessible wherever it's opened.
It's a good example of how Beagle works: design, development and the practical back-end machinery handled by one team, so a personal brand looks the part and quietly performs.
